Hanoi. When we first met I was terrified to even walk across the street without a fear of getting ran over by a motorbike, car or even bus. Your streets are some of the smallest most confusing to navigate and I have never seen such a terrible cluster of cables overhead on any street you walk down supplying power to the entire city. Nevertheless, you stole my heart within hours.
